Errors and Warnings report gives "No Results Found" message regardless of settings |

Regardless of how I configure my "Errors and Warnings" settings, I get "No Results Found, Change Filter Settings".
I have selected every type of warning available in the list. I'm running kiwi syslogd v 8.3.15, and I can see the errors and warnings in the syslog file that RnR is parsing. My netscreen is a NS-5GT with ScreenOS v5.4.0r3a.0 and I'm using RnR for NetScreen v1.1.3 (the lastest as of this writing) I'm using a registered version of the RnR product. What am I missing?
